Energy Supply

Consuming water/electricity and internet access in the halls is free of charge for exhibitors. Survey will not accept any liability for any problems that might occur in the technical and/or operational availability within the responsibility of the internet provider, nor will Survey take any liability for abusive or criminal use of the internet by any third party.

Exhibition Space

The booked exhibition space is available for the duration of the exhibition incl. build-up and dismantling time. The building-up starts on 29th April 2009 until 5th May 2009 at 12.00 a.m. The dismantling starts on 6th May after 19.00pm till 12.00 a.m

Free entry in the exhibitors' list with link to your website if available.

Invitations

Sufficient show invitations for each exhibitor with multi-lingual inserts.

Labelling

Exhibition standmarking + name badges for staff and visitors.

Parking

Parking on all dedicated spaces around the exhibition halls is free!

Personnel

For planning and supervision, complete hall and exhibition area cleaning, painting and other craftsmen work performed by trades people, registration and organisation.

Sundry Cost incl.

Complete energy, security, and liability insurance.

Sundry Spaces

Registration, cloakroom, business-centre, forum-locations, discussion booths incl. catering.
